Founder Manager of RZ Kimsan, Mustafa Şen, was born in 1990 in Gazipaşa, Antalya, grew up with agriculture and completed his undergraduate degree at Akdeniz University, Faculty of Agriculture. His interest in fertilizers and plant nutrition started in 2016, when he observed that the bacteria produced in an inactive and small warehouse were beneficial for plants in agricultural production. He moved his next field of work to the field of plant nutrition and chemistry. RZ Kimsan took its first steps when it discovered the raw material source (MCT) developed by itself for the fertilizer formulations it prepared. It enabled him to produce sensitive and special products in this raw material field, which he named MCT. In line with the vision of our founder, it continues to work with expert institutions and universities for innovative products. RZ Kimsan serves its stakeholders in the agricultural sector with its nearly sixty product types and products that are still in R&D studies. Our company, which became official in 2021, started to operate in Turkey, Central Asia, Russia and the Caucasus countries in its first year.
